Georgia State Senator, Renee Unterman, Keynote Speaker!

Soroptimist International of Atlanta, a volunteer organization for business and professional women, presents four awards to deserving women. The awards ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. on March 20 at the Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North. The Atlanta Soroptimists hold this awards ceremony each year near International Women’s Day—the day that celebrates women’s contributions to society. The awards are the Women’s Opportunity Award to help women improve their ability to provide for their families, the Violet Richardson Award to recognize young women who make the community and world a better place through volunteer efforts, and two Ruby Awards for two women, who through their professional or personal activities, make extraordinary efforts on behalf of women and girls.
